Swimming Lessons

Energise offers swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, from babies to adults we have something for everyone.

Energise teaches swimming to children and adults following the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. This structured pathway allows all learners to progress at their own pace, developing into confident swimmers. We carefully monitor the progress of each pupil, ensuring that they improve and develop according to their individual needs and ability.

All participants enrolled in our swimming lessons will receive a swimming pass which allows unlimited public swimming whilst enrolled on the lessons.

All of our teachers are qualified to Level 2 and assistant teachers to Level 1. All teachers are DBS checked and experienced in teaching swimming to both children and adults. All sessions are supervised by qualified lifeguards to ensure a safe environment to learn to swim at all times.

Swimming lessons are available throughout the year, weekdays, weekends and evenings, and with both group classes and 1:1 teaching on offer you can choose what is best for you.
