Gentle yoga classes are appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach hopefully includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well‑measured stretches, including range of motion exercises.


Pilates method is designed to increase strength and body flexibility. It consists of exercises designed to build not only flexibility but also strength, stamina, coordination of legs, abdominal muscles, arms and back. Pilates focuses mainly on posture, especially the central area, involving the abdomen, the pelvis and spine.


The three cornerstones of well-rounded fitness are stamina, strength & flexibility. Tight hamstrings, sore muscles and poor core strength can affect your whole posture leading to discomfort. An all over stretching session to increase flexibility.
