Make a splash in our aqua fitness classes, led by instructors with music that utilises fresh yet simple movement patterns to invigorate you regardless of age, skill, or fitness level.


Our aquatic sessions are the performance of high intensity but low impact aerobic exercise in water, done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water. It is resistance training without being load bearing, which is excellent for your joints


Explosive energetic pool session combining a mix of martial arts, combat, and kick boxing. Strike, punch and kick against the resistance of the water to give you the results you want, fast!


Aqua fit classes offer you something different to a traditional gym workout and you’ll really see a difference in your overall health and fitness. Typical Aqua fit classes will involve all the exercises you would expect in a ‘dry’ class but with added bonuses you can only get from exercising in water.


Splashing, stretching, twisting, shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering – that’s Aqua Zumba classes for you. Integrating the zumba dance class with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.


Aqua Well Being is a gentle and very low impact aquatic activity, With the release of gravity the body is able to find the optimum stretch.
