Our 50+ classes are designed to be suitable for those who are 50+ and easier alternative options can be provided to make the classes suitable for older adults.
We cater for those who want a maintain their fitness levels and those who wish to improve, the classes currrently attract a wide range of different fitness levels.
We also offer concession rates to those who are entiled to them.
50+ KEEP FIT
A class focusing on flexibility, core strength, balance and relaxation. A fun and motivating way to work out.
INDOOR CYCLING 50+
Indoor Cycling 50+ is based on the orignial indoor cycling sessions however it is less intense. It will still give your heart, lungs and major muscle groups a workout with this energetic cycling class.
Zumba gold is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements.
