We run a range of courses for all ages and abilities. Adult beginners can complete a full four week course in all the basic climbing skills, this will allow you to climb independently or with friends. Children and young people from 7 years to 17 years of age can attend a junior course. These courses are aimed at developing safe climbing and movement techniques needed to join our weekly club sessions. We also cater to customers with a wide range of disabilities. We run sessions every month aimed at increasing inclusivity in the sport of climbing.
Our adult beginners courses are suitable for everyone over the age of 18, with no upper limit! Climbing can be hugely beneficial to your core strength, agility, balance and coordination, thus making it the perfect compliment to your other forms of exercise as well as being hugely enjoyable.
Our courses alternate between Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with 8 hours tuition spread over for four weeks. You don’t need to bring anything specialist with you as we have all the kit you’ll need, just some comfortable clothes.
Junior courses are split between ages 7-11 and ages 11-17. These alternate between Saturday and Sunday morning to work around your existing weekend commitments. As with our adult courses, there is 8 hours of tuition split over the four weeks. By the end of the course, these new climbers will be able to safely climb under supervision at our weekly club sessions.
We run monthly courses for customers with disabilities. Both adults and juniors. These run at the following times:
